Every little bit helps: it only takes $10 to send four packages of books to incarcerated women. In addition, a tax-deductible donation of $75 will pay our rent for a whole month. Please make your check out to Chicago Legal Advocacy for Incarcerated Mothers (CLAIM) and write  “For CBWP” in the memo line of your check. CLAIM is a 501(c)3 organization and they act as our fiscal sponsors. You can send checks or cash to us at:

That’s 2,289 packages of books and 195 blank journals to incarcerated women across the country. In 2017 we sent 4,690 packages (4,086 packages of books and 604 blank journals). Big thanks to all our supporters! (updated June 11, 2018)
